The house itself is appx. 5 years old. Granny Flat is all furnished and ready to welcome either a couple or two female tenants or a single person.

We are looking for tenants willing to stay minimum of 6 months and are non-smokers.

Rent:    $370/week (includes all bills except aircon usage. We have a dedicated meter linked to the aircon inside Granny Flat)

Maximum number of tenants:  2 people (either a couple or two female or single person)

Internet:  Unlimited NBN (charges are included in the rent)

Private Parking: There is one carpark dedicated to Granny Flat tenant.

Notice Period:   4 weeks

Bond:  4 weeks
