It will be your own private room, fully furnished with a double size bed, your own bathroom, desk, chair, builtin wardrobe and bedside table etc.

The rent will include almost everything.

It is only 2 mins to Woolloongabba bus station by walk, and takes just about 10mins to city by bus which comes every 5 mins.

It is a new apartment located close to everything (Coles, Cafe, Gym, Bottleshop, Asian grocery store, bakery, pub, 5-star restaurants etc).

You will also have access to pool, sauna, and gym as you wish.

It is a New Master Room which has just had it's carpet done and the wall painted.

Here is a list of pricing:

1 person- $240/week, required to pay the bond of $480

2 person- $360/week, required to pay the bond of $720

You are required to pay the bond prior to move in to secure the room.

This price includes water, gas, hotwater, electricity, wireless internet etc.

This is a great room to stay, if you work nearby or travel to Brisbane CBD often but want to live comfortably.
