I have one furnished bedroom for rent in large 3 level townhouse in Bowen Hills on Cintra Rd (Zone 1). The room has king single bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, hanger, air con, fan etc and you would share the bathroom with shower, bath tub with spa, and toilet with one female (Thai). 

$160 per week, including internet and utility bills (power, water). 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance when moving in and 2 weeks notice when leaving. Minimum stay of 3 months preferred.

I am a mature professional working full time and have my own room and bathroom. House has washing machine, dishwasher etc
