It's Springwood House(three rooms and 2 bathrooms).  I'm looking for a woman to stay with us.. I hope you are a student or a daytime worker. There is a swimming pool and you can use it. No carpet in this house. 

It's a house where a 3-year-old girl and her mother live together. The bathroom will be shared with the baby. The baby's bath time is from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and other than that, I rarely use it. 

Since we are morning birds, we wake up at 6 a.m. and start the day, so noise can occur, so it would be good for someone is a morning bird too.

I hope you're a tidy person. I hope you can clean your hair after shower and clean your kitchen after cooking. 

There's a single bed and desk in the solitary room. I bought new mattresses and blanket sheets. 

The share fee is raised cheaply to $100 a week, but instead, it is a condition that you stay at home after 7 p.m. once a week. (Decided in advance)

Sometimes I have to have someone at home when I go out during the evening due to business meetings or appointments. You don't have to take care of the baby. My child sleeps at 7 o'clock, but once she sleeps, she sleeps until the morning, so you can just spend your personal time at home. 

Including the Internet, all bills, of course. We provide rice, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper. It's 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks Notice. 

I think it would be convenient if you had a car, but if you didn't have a car, it would take 1.1km from Springwood Station to your house and 25 minutes by bus to City.
