I have two apartments available in South Brisbane.  One is a 3-Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment and the other is a 2-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment.

It is a peaceful and quiet environment suitable for university or young professional working in South Bank, West End or the CBD.  The apartments are international student friendly and most tenants are from either Korea, Japan, Taiwan or China. 

The rooms all contain 2 beds and the weekly rent includes all bills such as:

- Electricity

- Water (Including Hot Water)

- Unlimited High Speed WIFI Internet

- Netflix

- Bedding (Towels, Sheets, Pillows and Blankets)

- Toilet Paper

- Hand Wash

- Cleaning Products

- Washing Machine Detergent

The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen containing a large refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, fruit blender, utensils, plates and cutlery. No need to bring anything - and if anything is missing, I will cater for it.

The apartment is fully-furnished with all bedrooms having built-in wardrobes containing plenty of hanging and storage space. The apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Dryers are also available in the building that are located on level 1.

** Females only ** I cannot accommodate males or couples. The current tenants have chosen this apartment on the basis that it is for females only. Sorry, I cannot accept any males.

** No Smokers ** Smoking is not permitted in the apartment including the balcony or terrace. 

** About Me ** My name is Jason and I am an IT Consultant living in West End. I do not live in any of the rental apartments but I am available at short notice if required. I have a few apartments available for rent and people are always coming and going. They generally give me 2 weeks' notice so even if you need a place in the next few months, you are welcome to contact me now and I will let you know when a bed is available.
