I am looking for someone to take over the lease.
The unit comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 bathrooms, 1 covered car park.
Rent is $420 per week
Electricity costs around $200 per 3mths
It was leased for 12 months which ends in March 2021.
I can leave the apartment furnished, if you decide to take over.
Total furniture cost can be negotiated.
Location-wise
it is 5 minute drive to Westfield Garden City
it is 3 minute drive to Coles Upper mount Gravatt
Very close to the M3 motorway
Many primary schools nearby (e.g. Upper Mount Gravatt State School, St Bearnard's Catholid school)
