I’m looking for share mate.( for female)

We will have 1 bed room available now ( the move -in date can be change to suit your need) to share with me. It’s good , quite, clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment is cleaned every week .

If you are smoker I allow you to smoking at the big balcony. The building is 3-5 minute walk to Woolworth spring hill. Also around the apartment have a gym, Priceline, clinic, Japanese restaurant and sub-way.

10-15 minute walk to city 

What you will find here:

• All furniture ( fridge, sofas, washing machine, oven, microwaves) 
• Nice , quiet and respectful people
• the internet included
• Water, electricity, gas ( that is , all the bill) included
• Good view from the balcony, where we have a table and chair to relax
• You can get you own key card

Rental is 170$/week per person( 2 week notice and 2 week deposit) 

I’m so tidy and polite. I hope this person who like cleaning and to be polite and respect other people.
