if one person wish to use the master room then weekly $165
one single room also available - weekly $135
(weekly pay, 2 weeks notice, 2 weeks bond.)
Close to Carindale westfiled shopping mall. 3 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus only.
Bus stop just beside of house and the other bus stop just cross the road.
Offer all the kitchen facilities and air conditioning available at the living, kitchen, rooms.
