Hello, I have a spare bedroom in my 3beds room house located in Keperra. Keperra train station is just few meters away and bus stop for No. 362 is just outside of house. Great Western Super Center is about 10 minutes walking distance.

It is unfurnished at the moment, but I can put double size bed , side lamp table with lamp. It has wardrobe and ceiling fan. Plenty of sun shine comes in. Very spacious with two windows. very quite neighbor and lots of green leafy tree around with beautiful birds singing.

You can park your car off street and very quite generally. I love to share occasional dinner with some beverage. But no party people please.

I am looking for someone who has full time job or studying and willing to stay long term.
