Hello !
this house is located in Southport, Goldcoast.
It is 4 bed, 2,5 bath, 2 carpark unit.
It is pretty big unit with a lot of space and fully furnished.
We are looking for a couple or 2 people for ensuit master room,
1 person for a second single room.
Ensuit master room - $135 per week for a person,
Second single room - $165 per week.
( 2 weeks upfront fee and 2 weeks bond deposit.
You will get your 2 weeks bond back when you are moving out.)
You can move in right away if you are interested in ensuit master room, second single room will be able to move in from 17th. Oct.
You must give me at least 2 weeks notice before moving out.

Hi may i know the address so I can have a look first? Interested in the single room only. Can it be held over till late January to start, and finish mid November 2020? Many thanks.
