Newly renovated Queenslander home. The home currently has 2 females who are both working and will happily welcome a 3rd. One is from Peru and the other from Australia. Peaceful and considerate and I have extended there leases.

The girl from Peru is 26 years old and works as a researcher as she recently graduated her masters at UQ.

The Australian is 32 years old and recently returned to Australia from a year away in Canada. Both are talkative but also respectful of space and privacy. Recently the dynamics have became very good and occasionaly we share a movie night with pizza (Vegan pizza for the Aussie girl)

I am a 29 year old male who resides in the master room with its own en-suite so the bathroom you will use is only for the females. There is also a second toilet separate from the bathroom. I have two entry points so most times you won't know I am home or see me come in. I recently returned back from Japan after a year away, and before that the house was females only. The other two tenants have requested another female, so at this time I am looking for a female that can get along with my existing tenants.
