Sushi Yado @ RBWH - STARS building HERSTON Sushi Yado is a Japanese takeaway shop located in the food court the RBWH STARS building.

We are a fast paced shop selling a range of sushi and rice bowls. Store is open 5 days a week. (Mon-Fri) Casual positions available: 

1) Kitchen Hand Responsibilities may include: 

- Making sushi - Food handling and preparation 

- Making hot food orders 

- Using the fryer 

- Dishwashing and general clean ups Shifts range from 5 – 8 hours between / 30 hrs per week for the right candidate 

*Priority to people who are experienced sushi makers 

MUST HAVE: 

- Minimum 6 months kitchen working experience 

- Experience working in a fast paced environment 

- Fluent in English 

- Self-motivated

- Fast learner

2) Front of the house customer serviceSome responsibilities include: 

- Serving customers sushi 

- Using cash registers (POS) 

- Regular wiping/cleaning of countertops 

MUST HAVE: 

- Fluent in English 

- Experience in customer service, POS system and cash handling skills 

- Experience working in a fast paced environment 

- Self-motivated 

- Fast learner
