Share House Condition:

4 beds (including Master Room 1) is 2 bets, which is $120 for a double room.

Basically, Wi-Fi, kitchen detergent, laundry detergent, Chucks, various utensils, freedom of watching TV (youtube, Netflix), and X-box (with large capacity of CDs) are the most comfortable houses for people to live in.
At home, I think you should feel at home, so all of you are considerate of others.
Exercise, study, light drinks, parties, and so on. We move as we please. :)

Don't worry about heavy luggage because it takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearby shopping center (health center, KFC, gas station, McDonald's, Hungry Jacks, Bank, Woolwols, Coles, Aldi, etc.) and within a 10-minute drive, you can also go grocery shopping!
There is no extra charge for shopping pick-up.

Pick-up fee of $ 5 (by return) occurs when commuting to and from the farm.
