Studio style room rent.
 Absolutely convenient area. Everything is within walking distance(Broadwater, Biggerawaters shopping center, coles, harbor town...).The bus station is just in front of the house. Parking is easy.
You access your room directly from the outside.
This is the double bedroom; the bed is loft style. Under the bed is a small sofa area. The room got almost facilities(small fridge, microwaves, induction, cattle, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, pots, tableware...) to cook your meal, your shower, and a toilet. Only share a washing machine.

I prefer a single person who respects each other's lifestyle; $ 250/week(including water, electricity and Internet) a 2weeks deposit and two weeks' notice are required.
