집주인분은 중국계 호주인으로, 친구 대신 제가 공고 올리게 되었습니다.

현재 한국/말레이시아 학생이 쉐어생으로 있으며, 모두 그리피스 대학교 학생입니다.

넓은 집에서 저렴한 비용으로 편안하게 지내고 싶으신 학생분들 계시다면 연락 부탁 드립니다.

* 비용: $150/week including gas, elec, internet

* Full furnished single room

* 주변 시설:
   - 그리피스 대학교 걸어서 15분,

   - Food court 걸어서 5분, 

   - 버스정류장 걸어서 3분 소요

Room for rent (close to Griffith university)

Single room is available in a big house. Close to Griffith university, 15 mins walk to G52 of Griffith. 5 mins walk to food court, 3 mins walk to bus stop.

All tenants are students from Griffith university. $150 per week including gas, elec, internet. Full furniture.

Welcome international students. We currently have one Korean student and one Malaysian Chinese student.
