The address is 42 stadium dr, and it is a 3 room 2.5 bath duplex townhouse located right next to the stadium.
It's a 10 minute walk to Robina station and 25-30 minute walk to Robina town center (6 minute drive), so it's a bit of a walk, but it's walkable.
It's $300 a week (including bills, basically laundry detergent, toilet paper, rice, kimchi, ramen, etc.) also, share food.
Once you move in, you will have to share a bathroom with 1 woman.
Move-in is available starting 2 May.

If you have a car, you can street park (or park in front of the house if the time is right).
