Rent - $450 for 2 people/week
The unit has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. One room is left if interested.
The kitchen is shared between 4 people, and you will have free access to the pool, bbq facility and gym. The utility fee (e.g. internet, water, electricity) is all included in the rent.
The conditions for the rent are - 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice and a minimum of 3 months stay.
It is a newly purchased unit so the bed needs to be purchased, so we can prepare the size of your choice. There is one parking spot.
