300m walk to Coles Westend
400m walk to Cultural center, South Brisbane Train station
~1km walk to TAFE and Griffith University Southbank campus

- work as professional with full time job/ work in a hospitality with full time hrs
- no smoking; no drinking; no pet
- Clean, respectful and quiet

- Available from 30/11/2019
- Bond: 3 weeks of rent
- Minimum: 3 months

- Bills are included as long as reasonable use
