Kedron-Wavell is a leading Club on the Northside situated in the heart of Chermside. We are looking for someone who is motivated to get the job done, owns what they do and have a general interest and passion for all things food and cooking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in workstations and scullery areas at all times.
• Assist with stocking and rotating inventory as directed.
• Ensure the kitchen and passageways remain free of debris; clean bins and replace liners.
• Regularly clean the kitchen and designated areas, such as the coffee shop bins.
• Perform daily sweeping and mopping of the kitchen, with an additional cleaning at the end of each evening meal.
• Minimize financial losses and waste to the best of your ability.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment according to Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
• Assist with other similar duties as requested by the Head Steward or Chefs.
