"Please do not apply if you are not going to clean the common areas after use, including the kitchen, dining table, oven, cooktop, and ect"

No outdoor shoes inside the unit.

Please wear outdoor slippers on the balcony or in the garage — avoid bringing dust inside.

Clean up after using common areas — ideal for extremely tidy people.

Master Ensuite with big bathroom & private balcony facing the water: $520/week

Ensuite Room: $480/week

If a room is occupied by two people, the rent will be higher.

Garage Space: $25/week — plenty of street parking is available along Marina Quays Boulevard, and there are also a few visitor parking spaces onsite

All bills (electricity, water, gas, internet) are shared equally based on the number of people.

Four weeks’ bond and four weeks’ notice to vacate are required.
