안녕하세요, 11월 중순 브리즈번 CBD, “153 Elizabeth Street” 에 오픈 예정인 <백종원 본가>에서 Kitchen Team을 모집합니다.

10월 말까지 Kitchen 팀원분들 모집 후, 약 1주에서 2주간 Soft Opening을 통해 교육을 진행, 호흡을 맞춰 팀을 꾸릴 예정입니다. 저희 브리즈번 시티점은 호주 내에서 네 번째, QLD에서는 처음으로 오픈하는 지점으로 Kitchen System이 체계적으로 잡혀 있으며, Soft Opening 기간 동안 충분하고 자세한 교육이 이루어질 예정이므로 큰 부담 없이 업무에 적응하실 수 있습니다. 저희 Kitchen Team은 한 Shift에 최소 8명에서 최대 12명이 근무하게 되며, 다양한 문화적 배경을 가진 분들이 함께 팀을 이룰 예정입니다.

1.       모집분야

* Meat Section : 경력자 지원 가능. 육부 경험자 우대하지만 주방 경력 있는 모든 분들, 지원 가능합니다.

* Stove Line Cook : 한식 스토브 경력자 우대하지만, 주방 경력이 있는 분들이나 경력이 없어도 열심히 배울 분들도 지원 가능합니다.

* Prep Section : 기본적인 칼질하실 수 있는 모든 분들 지원 가능합니다.

* Kitchen Hand : 모든 분들 지원 가능합니다.

2.       급여

* 경력자(한식 경력 3년 이상) : 면접, 레퍼런스 체크, Probation 기간 이후 연봉 협상 가능. 기여도에 따라, 다음 회계연도 이후 TSS 비자 지원 가능. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or Food Handler Course Certificate 보유자(없다면, 3개월 이내 취득해야 함).

* 경력자(주방 경력 1년 이상), 무경력자 : Hospitality Cook Grade Level 적용. Food Handler Course Certificate 보유자(없다면, 3개월 이내 취득해야 함).

-<백종원 본가>는 Anuual Leave, Superannuation, Weekend Pay, Public Holiday Pay 등 호주 정부에서 정한 법적 임금 보장 기준을 준수합니다.  

3.       근무시간

* 월요일~ 목요일 : 15:00 – 21:30

* 금요일 ~토요일 : 10:30 – 22:30

* 일요일 : 10:30 – 21:30

상황에 따라 영업 시간 연장 및 축소, 브레이크 타임 추가 등의 근무시간은 변동될 수 있습니다.

Hello, we are recruiting for the Kitchen Team at <Baek Jong Won’s Bornga>, set to open in mid-November at "153 Elizabeth Street" in Brisbane CBD.

We are accepting applications for the Kitchen Team until the end of October, after which we will conduct a 1-2 week Soft Opening to train and build a perfect team. Our Brisbane City location will be the fourth Bornga branch in Australia, and the first in Queensland, with a well-established kitchen system. During the Soft Opening, we will provide thorough training to help you adapt to the job without much pressure. The Kitchen Team will consist of 8 to 12 staff per shift, bringing together individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

1. Positions Available

• Meat Section: Open to experienced applicants. Korean BBQ meat section experience is preferred, but anyone with kitchen experience can apply.

• Stove Line Cook: Prior experience in Korean cuisine is preferred, but those with general kitchen experience or even those without experience but eager to learn are welcome to apply.

• Prep Section: Open to anyone with basic knife skills.

• Kitchen Hand: Open to all applicants.

2. Salary

• Experienced applicants (3+ years in Korean cuisine): Salary can be negotiated after an interview, reference check, and probation period. Based on contribution, TSS visa sponsorship is possible after the next financial year. Applicants should hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or Food Handler Course Certificate (or obtain one within 3 months if not already held).

• Experienced applicants (1+ year of general kitchen experience) and inexperienced applicants: Hospitality Cook Grade Level will be applied. Applicants should hold a Food Handler Course Certificate (or obtain one within 3 months if not already held).

• Baek Jong Won’s Bornga complies with all legal wage requirements set by the Australian government, including Annual Leave, Superannuation, Weekend Pay, and Public Holiday Pay.

3. Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM

• Friday to Saturday: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM

• Sunday: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM

• Working hours may be subject to change depending on business needs, such as extended or shortened hours or additional break times.
