The house locates at  Abingdon St , Woolloongabba which is close to South Bank and QUT.  UQ. The Gabba Market is just at the corner.

In total, the house has 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, 2 seperate  toilets,  kitchen, dining and living room, big backyard.

Hoping you are  tidy, reliable , a non-smoker. 

A boy or a girl are greatly and equally welcome. 

Your housemate is an Aussie work young man and a Chinese  uni boy ,they are pretty quiet, nice ,clean,simple and easy going.
