We spent over two years building with love a luxury holiday house for ourselves at livable and lesiurable Manly.

An attached self-contained granny flat for renting seperately. expecting a very respectful person to live here. Hope you are joyful, single & living a simple life, with caring personalies, tidiness and respect of other peoples property.

Security gate, some stairs to your upstair entry.

3.5/2.9M high ceiling.

One bed room with airy security screened windows: big wardrob with mirror/sliding door, queen bed (stable frame and comfy matress, brand new from DeRucci), custom-made desk. Air conditioning. 

One bathroom : spacious shower with security screened window,  big vanity with drawers. quality toilet. heat/light/fan.

One kitchen/living/dining /storage: equipped with enough bench and cupboards, two-burners cooktop, range-hood, mini fry, oven, micro oven, 200Lfridge, washing machine. dining table and chairs, 32” TV, arm chair/sofa. storage cupboard.

1 year  minimum. $550/W including all bills inc WiFi.

One person, No pet, please. 

If you have a car, handy off-street parking in front of the house.

If you use public transport. Manly train station is 280m away can send you to CBD within 45 minutes. and you just walk 5 minutes to home. 

200 meters to Manly Hotel, Celtic Corner Irish pub and convenient to IGA, restaurants, coffee shop, Post Office and of course, enjoy walking along the harbour with boats and ocean views. 

Hope you will be a long stay as a welcomed tenant. coz the main house will be our holiday’s or might be 5-star air BnB here and there, so if you are good at cleaning and want a bit more work part time or your a professional cleaner it will be a bonus for both of us.
