TERMS & CONDITIONS:

§  Rent $325| week paid monthly $1300

§  Bond 2 weeks rent $650

§  Total payable upon move in date: 4 weeks rent $1300 plus 2 weeks bond

$650 Total: $1950

§  Bond covers any damages that may occur. If there are no damages when

vacating, the bond will substitute for the last two weeks of rent due

§  Termination of tenancy may be given with minimum 4 weeks’ notice by either

party

§  No overnight guests permitted. No pets

§  Approximately (5) dates of the year, the apartment must be vacated for approximately (4) hours at time to allow for pest control processes

§  Noise levels should remain at minimum levels to be respectful of neighbours

No loud parties or gatherings permitted

§  Smoking NOT permitted
