Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in meat cutting and preparation, with a focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting and trimming pork and lamb.

• Custom cuts based on customer requests.

• Displaying products and maintaining quality in-store.

Requirements:

• Proficient in butchery skills (experience in Australia or Overseas recognized).

• Strong teamwork and high hygiene standards.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Preferably with over 3 years of experience, but skilled candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
