We’re looking for a female tenant to rent a private room in our family home in Mansfield.

Our home is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The room comes fully furnished with:

* King single bed
* Desk and chair
* Built-in wardrobe
* Ceiling fan

The house is in a very convenient location — only a 3-minute walk to bus stops for routes 180 and 185, with buses running approximately every 10 minutes.

* Garden City: about 7 minutes by bus
* Brisbane CBD: about 25 minutes by bus

Please note that we have two children( 7and 10) and both my husband and I work full-time. The house is generally very quiet during weekday daytime hours, but there may be some normal family and children’s noise in the late afternoons, evenings, and on weekends.

Rent: $240 per week (all bills included)
Bond: 2 weeks
Notice: 2 weeks

The room will be available from Saturday, 18 July.
