We are Queensland’s first Activate Games Sport Arena. To support our growing team, we are now hiring for the following positions:

Full-time and Part-Time
Shop Assistants ( 4 Positions)
( if you are Hardworking and eager to learn, Students and teenagers are also welcome to apply )

Duties:
​1. Greet and assist customers with ticketing and merchandise.
​2. Support the Manager with daily operations.
​3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth check-ins.
​4. Assist with game room preparation and cleaning duties.
​5. Handle customer enquiries and bookings.
​6. Help maintain smooth workflow and team communication
​7. Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, evenings)

What We’re Looking For
​* Friendly, energetic, and reliable team players
​* Strong communication and customer service skills
​* Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
​* Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
