Hello, we are looking for a couple or two people to stay in a shared room in a building located in Newstead!

(We prefer people who are coming together ㅎㅎ) 

The room has a dressing room and a balcony attached! The rent is $250 per week. 

**Available from July 27th!** 

The bed can be either a double size or two single sizes! 

There are bus stops for the 300 and 60 lines within a 3-minute walk. 

There is a spacious terrace in the living room that you can use freely.

2 weeks' notice / 2 months minimum stay

It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a total of 4 people living in it.

 It's a very nice house.

We provide kitchen detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and fabric softener! 

I am at work from 4 PM, so inspections are not possible after that time. For inspection inquiries,
