We are looking for a male housemate to join us at our apartment in Festival Towers, located in the heart of Brisbane City. The current residents are all males, and we are seeking someone who values cleanliness and enjoys a quiet, harmonious living environment.

Access to high-quality facilities: swimming pool, gym, sauna

Shared spaces are well-maintained and clean

Room Details:

Shared bathroom

Fully furnished (includes bed, wardrobe, desk, etc.)

Requirements:

Rent payment every 2 weeks / 2 weeks’ notice for leaving / 2 weeks’ deposit + key deposit

Minimum stay: 2 months

Male applicants only

Must be clean, responsible, and respectful
