It is a new apartment located close to everything. it is fully furnished, the room comes with a single size bed, desk, chair and a builtin wardrobe. 

There are coles, bottle shop, pub, Asian grocery store, cafe and Jett gym downstairs, and there are many restaurants and cafe just across the road. 

It is only 2 mins to Woolloongabba bus station by walk, and takes just about 10mins to city by bus which comes every 5 mins. 

Gabbacentral offers facilities such as pool, sauna, and gym as well. 

It is $180/week, you are asked to pay 2 weeks bond ($360) prior to move in. 

This includes water, gas, electricity, wireless internet etc. 

The room will be a great place to stay if you are looking to live close to City and want to save a bit of money on rent every week.
