I'm looking for two housemates (male, female, or a couple) to share a large room in a house located near Spring Hill, close to the city. It's a three-story house, and currently, three of us live on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The available room is on the 1st floor, and due to the separate layout, noise has not been a significant issue. The bathroom is also located separately but is shared with one other housemate. Since we all work full-time, the house is generally quiet.

The room has been modified and is unique in structure, so please refer to the photos for a better understanding. 

It includes two beds, air conditioning, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a desk, and a sink. It's spacious enough for two people.

The house is conveniently located with a school right across the street. There are many other schools in the area, making it a safe neighborhood. Additionally, Victoria Park, a large park for exercise and leisure, is only a 3-minute walk away.
