Also, you guys DON’T need to clean common area such as bathrooms, living room, and kitchen hardly. Cuz, I’m gonna clean that area every week so you just need to tidy up your room and bed!

For the price, upper floor bed is $95 p/w and down floor bed is $105 p/w.

Minimum stay is 2 weeks.
