Moffatt Fresh Produce located in Boonah, 1hour from Brisbane CBD is looking for carrot graders.

• Positions 

   - Day Shift: Graders

   - Night Shift: Graders

• Tasks

   - Grader: Sorting out Carrots

• Working Hours 

   - 5 days Avg. 40~45 hours + extra hours

   - Day Shift :   6:00 am ~ 4:30 pm 

   - Night Shift : 4:30 pm ~ 2:30 am (Overtime is often required due to the order schedule)

   - Mon ~ Fri, Sat. (Working on Sat. is not every Saturday, it depends on packing schedule) 

• Pay Rates 

   - Grade 1: $25.51 / hour 

• Night Shift Loading 

   - 15% of the base pay rate is applied from 8:30pm to 5:00am

• Overtime Pay

We have an overtime payment system.

The overtime pay is paid every 8weeks.

An hourly overtime bonus is calculated, depending on a grade level.

A calculation process is as follows;

1. 38hours (Base hour/week) x 8 weeks = 304 hours

2. The hourly overtime bonus is applied from 305 hours.

3. The hourly overtime bonus is paid after 8 weeks.

4. After 8 weeks, counting hours is starting from "0" hours.

6. A hourly overtime bonus rate is as follows;

Grade1 $10.20, Grade3 $10.50, Grade4 $10.90, Grade5 $11.54

ex) Grade 1: A hourly pay rate is $35.71 from 305 hours

** You will get the hourly base pay rate for 8 weeks and a total overtime bonus is paid once with your 8weeks' payment.

• Transportation and Accommodation

   - Transportation: having an own car is recommended but you can still use a shared car with co-workers 

   - Accommodation: Company accommodation is available
