Casual - Wage $27.23
Brisbane City, Westfield in Carindale, Westfield in Helensvale
Have to work 3 stores available.
What are we looking for?
We provide training in simple phone, tablet repairs and sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities.
Preferably experience with repair of iPhone, Samsung, HTC Mobile phones (newer models), Microsoft, Nokia and Motorola
Ideally, experience in the service and repair of handheld devices with leading brands.
Able to work in a technical team on demand
Proven Technician Level 2/3 experience.
A positive 'Can-do' attitude towards the deliver an exceptional customer experience
The ability to accurately enter details into a job proprietary tracking system
Parts management experience.
A focused attitude to work and a willingness to follow procedures.
Ideally able to undertake a familiarisation period late scheduled for late September
High level of customer service skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional manner with customers
Ability to cope with demanding situations and capacity to accommodate the varying level and urgency of tasks
Enthusiastic to further develop abilities
