工作时间：7:30AM 至 12:30PM-1pm (半天班，没有午休时间)，8am 至5:30pm-6pm （全天班），周六10am 至4pm

1. 本地12年级毕业或海外高中毕业

2. 心肺复苏术和急救证书

1. 英语良好，会说普通话

2. 有诊所前台经验为佳

3. 每周能上2-3天班，周六需要和另一位前台轮流上班

4. 能够在需要时代替其他正在休假员工上班

5. 准时可靠

6. 能够独立工作和承受压力

7. 优秀的电脑技能，有Best Practice医疗软件方面的经验为佳

8. 必须能够为患者保密

9. 出色的口头和书面沟通技巧

10. 愿意学习药物名称和医学术语

Position: Casual medical receptionist

1. A minimum education equivalent to Year 12

2. Current CPR and first aid certificate (or willing to get)

1. Excellent English, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

2. Previous experience as medical receptionist is desired

3. Must be able to work at least 2-3 days a week and rotate with another receptionist on Saturdays

4. Ability to cover leave for other staff when needed

5. Punctual and reliable

6. Ability to work independently and under pressure

7. Excellent computer skills, previous experience in medicalsoftware Best Practice is preferred

8. Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

10. Willing to learn medication names and medical terminology
