Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements

• Oversee AR collection management, including customer credit management and liaising with AR trade insurance companies

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of company policies, SOPs, and financial procedures

• Support purchasing processes, including comparing supplier quotations, researching items, and reviewing contracts

• Assist with audits and ensure timely submission of tax and compliance documents

• Monitor cash flow and manage banking activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and financial regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracel) and MS Excel

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
