We're looking for motivated Restaurant Cook to manage our kitchen, support our teams, and grow the brand with us.

Qualifications & experience Ideal for the role•

• Food safety certification
• Strong knowledge of food and hygiene industry trends and best practices
• Excellent functions management skills
• Korean Cuisine Proficiency
• A passion for food and restaurant operations
• A can-do work ethic and the ability to take initiative on projects
• Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Your tasks

You will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant
• Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth
• Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
• Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
• Role model and reinforce K Soul BBQ’s people and culture standards • Supervise and coach team members to grow with
