Job Type: Casual (with the potential to transition to Part-Time/Full-Time based on performance)

Salary:

• Minimum hourly rate: $29.33 - $36.09 (depending on experience and skill level)

Key Duties:

• Manage daily kitchen operations.
• Serve meals according to Café 63 standards.
• Follow the 63 Standard system to ensure consistency.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Quick learner, capable of memorizing our extensive menu quickly.
• No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of kitchen experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, reasonable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must have valid working rights in Australia.

Trading Hours:

• 5:30 am – 9:00 pm.
• Multiple shifts available.
