Join Our Team at Chouette Cake and Dessert!
Position: Kitchen Team Member
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Coffee-making skills are preferred, but not essential. While your main position will be in the kitchen, you should be able to assist FOH with POS and general duties.
- Strong communication skills.
Hours: Full-time or Part-time, 30+ hours per week with the potential for increased hours based on suitability and performance
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of the kitchen, including making products, stocktaking, cleaning/washing dishes, prepping, and baking.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and follow strict guidelines and directions.
- Maintain punctuality and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve skills.
- Assist other departments (e.g., front-of-house) when not busy.
- Occasionally assist with front-of-house duties as needed.
