This place is surrounded by bus and train station, china town, asian grocery, private school, varieties of pubs and restaurants, convenient stores, police station,  medical clinic and park.

Clean, Tidy and Large unfurnished master room with private bathroom but the rest of apartment are furnished which means you can put your own stuffs in your own room and some at small open storage if you want. ( If you need bed, pls let me know, i will sort it out )

Maximum of 3 people in this apartment which means you both and one mid aged Aussie male.
