Rent - $450 for 2 people/week

The kitchen is shared between 4 people, and you will have free access to the pool, bbq facility and gym. The utility fee (e.g. internet, water, electricity) is all included in the rent.
The conditions for the rent are - 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice and a minimum of 3 months stay.
