Private room  suitable for single female occupancy. $250 per week.    All Bills included.  

The bathroom is shared with 2 other female  flatmates.

Room has double bed, wardrobe, desk and bookcase All bed linen supplied.  

Necessities such as laundry powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products and toilet paper supplied.

Flatmates have full use of kitchen and laundry  facilities plus full use of other common areas.    

There is a verandah and two living rooms. 

Common areas are cleaned weekly.  

The only cleaning requirement is to keep your own room clean and the bathroom. 

Kitchen must also  be kept clean after use. 

The room has an air conditioner and a ceiling fan.  There are some limitations on the use of the air conditioner. 

The room is well ventilated with large window and shutters 

I am a retired lady and have my own area in the house.  I have my own bathroom facilities. 

This is a welcoming non intrusive household.  It’s not a party house.

Would suit someone who is busy with study or work.   

Would be nice to have flatmates who are chatty and friendly to each other but also respect each other’s downtime

5 minute walk to the  181, 184 or 185 bus which takes you to city .

Bus route 202 takes you to the PA Hospital or close to University of QLD
