We are an Australian couple who have been sharing international visitors for many years.  With a large 4 bedroom house in Nundah (Zone 2, about 15mins to city by train).  We are a 10mins walk to Nundah or Toombul train stations.  Woolworths, Gyms, 10 – 15 restaurants and cafes and a couple of bars and pubs are just down the road.   Chermside shopping centre is a 15min bus ride from the end of the road.

Your room has a king size bed, with all linen and towels provided, you have a smart TV mounted on the wall, a desk and chair and a walk in wardrobe.  

The house has only just been built so everything is new inside.  We have unlimited Wi-fi (NBN100), a kitchen that is fully stocked (you will need to supply your own food).  There is also a laundry in the house.  There is plenty of on street parking.

We have a female Korean house mate who is great, we are looking for another Korean or Japanese housemate.

You’ll be a non-smoker and must love cats we have a very friendly elderly cat that will love to chat with you each day.

Rent is $260 per week which includes all bills (excluding your food) and 2 weeks bond.
