I have two rooms available in my house as a short-term rental starting from 1^st July – 10^th September. The house and rooms are fully furnished and located in Ashgrove (Zone 2). We also have a small dog. The following rooms are available:

Room Type: Queen size bed (Private room). Bathroom shared with one housemate.
Room equipment: study desk, air conditioner, sheets, quilts, plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Home equipment: Unlimited internet, Full sized kitchen will all pots, pans, and dishes, multiple TV’s, Washing machine, dryer, Ironing board and swimming pool. Street parking is also available.
