 Total = $ 530 per week, with all bills above included.

Minimum 3 month lease  *( 2 weeks bond + 2 weeks in advance  on acceptance) , 

Maximum 2 people / allowed / No SMOKING / looking for quiet respectful person / couple to rent this space.
