I am looking for a housemate near Taigum square. We are friendly Korean couple and working full time. 

There is Taigum square 15 minutes walking distance. Around house is quiet as residential area.

There is Bus stop near house (it takes 5 mins) which can reach Chermside shopping centre and City.

To Chermside shopping centre (10 mins)

To Brisbane city (35 mins)

If you are QUT student, you can get to KG campus without transfer (25 mins)

You will be living with 3 people including us. Bill is $220 per week including all bills.

We prefer girl (sorry) but non-smoker, no party person as this house need to be quiet.

2 weeks pay, deposit and moving out notice.
