The bedrooms come with a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

Our home is very close to Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre (10-15 minutes walk),

bus stops (3 min walk) and parks. It is located on a quiet street with lots of street parking. It is conveniently located with quick access to motorways to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Carindale is 8km to the city.

This is a house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have two rooms want to be rented out at this moment.  Minimum stay period is two months.

Room one is $350/week, including bills. Three week rents for bonds please, which is $1050 in total. 

Room two is $330/week, including bills. Three week rents for bonds please, which is $990 in total.
