there is 1 japanese female living in her private room.

there is 1 belgium female living in a big shared bedroom that has 2 double bed.

i am only looking for 1 girl to join our calm, spacious and comfortable apt.

150 pw, including all(internet, gas, water, electric bill)

the sunroom has a extra microwave oven, water kettle, induction to cook your late night munchi.

you can dry your hair with music on in middle of night after a long day from work.

as long as you shut the Sunroom door closed, no one hear anything.
