• Available from February 17th. The weekly rent is $409 (or $399 with a partner university discount). All bills and Wi-Fi are included. The contract runs until July 9th, 2025. Highly recommended for those who want to live safely near the school!

• Breakfast is provided on weekdays with two menu options each day (menu changes weekly). There’s also a coffee machine, so you can enjoy a coffee anytime (menu options include flat white, long black, latte, hot chocolate, mocha, etc.).

• Cleaners come every Friday to take care of the trash bins, which is very convenient.

• Fruits are available at the front desk, so there’s no need to buy them separately. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries.

• Facilities include a gym, laundry room, study room, media room (where you can invite friends over to watch movies), board games, BBQ area, terrace, and more, all available for use.

• The location is fantastic—right in front of QUT Kelvin Grove campus, just a few seconds’ walk away. If you’re a QUT student, you can also take a free shuttle bus to the city campus, making it very accessible. It’s also close to the QUT Kelvin Grove bus stop.

• Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find Woolworths, an Asian market, BWS, Subway, a Korean chicken restaurant, and more, making it very convenient. If desired, I can leave behind some Korean ingredients (gochujang, doenjang, ssamjang, sugar), food containers, bowls, hangers, pots, etc., when you take over the lease!
