The house is on Baroona Rd, in the heart of Milton,
 Milton Central is across the road with a 24 hr Gym, all shops and IGA supermarket open till 12am. Park Road café and restaurants are just there.
If you’re feeling fancy, Rosalie Village is on walking distance. 

The house contents 3 fully furnished rooms & 1 bath with a separate basin.

We provide bedding, desks, chairs, wardrobes, shelf, mirrors, fans and kitchen    utilities with all needed white goods [fridge, stove, washing machine….].
 All rooms open up to a spacious lounge and dining area, and there is also a massive lawn and verandah, typical of a classic Queenslander House.

The overall cost is $400/week. All expenses are to be divided yourself.

There is a refundable bond [of 4 weeks rent] that is payable upon the move in date, and returned at the end of the contract.

Contracts start at 6 months minimum and can be renewed.
